La Fondazione MAIRE - ETS promuove progetti di orientamento, formazione e accompagnamento di giovani e giovanissimi agli studi universitari, al mondo del lavoro e all’auto impresa; l’obiettivo è formare i giovani “ingegneri umanisti” del domani, figure dotate di competenze tecniche e soft skills, che incarnino le nuove competenze richieste per la prosecuzione e implementazione della transizione energetica.

Le iniziative della Fondazione sono volte a contrastare la povertà educativa attraverso il sostegno a progetti volti a promuovere l’autonomia sociale e lavorativa di giovani provenienti da realtà disagiate, fornire equo accesso alle opportunità di studio, favorire l’inclusione femminile e delle minoranze nel settore energetico e nel mondo dell’ingegneria, con particolare attenzione ai contesti di fragilità economica e sociale.

The Fondazione MAIRE - ETS is committed in promoting projects of orientation, training and accompaniment of young generations to university studies, the world of work and self-enterprise; the objective is to train young "humanist engineers" of tomorrow, figures equipped with technical and soft skills, which embody the new competences required for the continuation and implementation of the energy transition. The Foundation’s initiatives are aimed at combating educational poverty through support for projects designed to promote the social and working autonomy of young people from disadvantaged backgrounds, provide equal access to study opportunities, promote the inclusion of women and minorities in the energy sector and in the world of engineering, with particular attention to contexts of economic and social fragility.
